    I called Landmark Electric to test a carbon monoxide detector that chirping could not be fixed by replacing the new battery.  The electrician Shawn Hickson showed up right on time, explained everything in detail. In addition to fix the issue right away, he also showed me how to check and do trouble shooting safely and correctly if the issue happened again. Shawn is very professional and friendly. He covered his shoes when entering my home. His communication was great the whole way through. I will be recommending Landmark Electric to all my friends and family for sure.

He arrived within the given time frame and took a look at our outlet and found that the previous homeowners and/or their electrician had disconnected the grounding wire when the dishwasher was installed. He corrected the problem and went to the store to get a brown outlet to match the others in the kitchen. He fixed the issue, and then took an in depth look at another issue I wanted a ballpark estimate for, and completed a full, detailed estimate within minutes. Shawn went above and beyond!
